Organized since 1972, Pro-Vie Montréal Pro-Life educates Quebecers on issues surrounding the right to life.
We speak for the most vulnerable members of the human community, those threatened by abortion,
infanticide and euthanasia.


WHAT WE BELIEVE:

Members of Pro-Vie Montréal Pro-Life believe that:
The right to life is the basic human right on which all other rights depend.
All human beings have an equal right to life, before as well as after birth.
Human beings should not be discriminated against on the basis of "social value".
Society has a duty to uphold the right to life and provide support in difficult circumstances.


WHAT WE DO:

Pro-Vie Montreal Pro-Life promotes respect for life through education on life issues.


WE PROVIDE THESE SERVICES:
 

* Speakers and audio-visual presentations to high schools, colleges, universities or any other group.
* A resource center with books, pamphlets, videos, slides and films on such subjects as;
       fetal development, abortion, infanticide, euthanasia, reproductive technology
       and population control.
* Development of pro-life educational programs.
* Pro-life pregnancy counseling and referral.
* Post-abortion counseling and referral for mothers, fathers and other family members experiencing
       post-abortion grief and trauma.
 


OUR STRUCTURE:

Pro-Vie Montreal Pro-Life is a non-profit volunteer organization and a registered charity.
Tax receipts are given for donations of $10.00 or more.
We are governed by a board of directors selected by the membership at an annual general meeting.
The board meets on a bi-monthly basis.


FUNDING:

All Pro-Vie Montreal Pro-Life activities are carried out without government support. Our work to preserve life is made possible by membership fees and individual donations. The work is done by volunteers. Our supporters, individually and collectively, seek to promote a truly caring society where all are protected.


HOW CAN YOU HELP?

You can become informed about abortion, infanticide euthanasia and other practices which take human life and on how to stop them by joining Pro-Vie Montreal Pro-Life. You can let your concern for life be known to those around you in speech, deed and writing. You can volunteer your services and skills to Pro-Vie Montreal Pro-Life. You can contribute financially to the work of protecting human life. This help is urgently needed.
